1. General

 

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all guests of beleef Curaçao appartementen, Kaya Vivaldi 31 and Kaya Vivaldi 16 at Willemstad, Curaçao.

2. Jessica de Bruijn and Walter van Gulik are the owners of beleef Curaçao appartementen. At times the owners may be absent and their duties are temporarily reassigned.

3. By entering into a rental agreement, these general terms and conditions automatically go into effect.

4. At all times guests must follow the instructions of the owners.

5. The owners can deny and / or refuse access to beleef Curaçao appartementen with immediate effect in case of violation of the general conditions and / or inappropriate behavior. Without further notice, without explicitly stating the reason and without refund of accommodation costs.

6. In the case of a mutual dispute, the administration of the owners will be decisive unless the guests can provide evidence for their case.

7. Guests of beleef Curaçao appartementen must conform to the general conditions and to the house rules.

 

 

2. Reservation and confirmation

 

1. The rental agreement can be concluded verbally, by telephone, in writing or by email.

2. After receiving your reservation request, beleef Curaçao appartementen will send you a confirmation (if accommodation is available). The deposit of 25% of the total costs must be paid by bank transfer within 5 working days after the reservation.

3. No additional reservation fees will be charged for booking your stay at beleef Curaçao appartementen.

 

 

3. Rates

 

1. The rates include: gas, water, electricity (air conditioning 8 hours a day), WIFI, TAX and a 7% tourism tax.

2. The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and travel insurance.

3. The rates are subject to price changes.

 

 

4. Payment and cancellation costs

 

1. The accommodation costs (the remaining 75% after the initial deposit) must be paid by bank transfer no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within these 8 weeks, you must transfer the total costs as a whole within 5 working days.

2. The costs must be transferred to bank account: "NL84ABNA0800261852" in name of "W. van Gulik". The bank transfer must mention the booking number.

3. If you arrive on the same day of your booking and immediately stay the night, you will receive the invoice immediately. You must pay the amount in cash in Antillean guilders. The exchange rate for the day of arrival of the Euro € to the total amount in Antillean guilders NAƒ will be used.

4. Check-in will be starting at 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the check-out time will be at 11 am. If you prefer different times, this is possible in consultation. The other facilities are at your disposal on the day of arrival and departure.

5. The other costs such as food and drinks must be paid in cash in Antillean guilders before departure.

6. For cancellation of your stay, 25% of the accommodation costs will be charged. This amount corresponds to the amount of the down payment.
